With Swami’s grace, we are blessed to share the launch of a special Humanitarian project where clean drinking water will be provided to families in 2 remote villages in Nepal.

Sri Sathya Sai Global Council Australia has pledged its support to Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation of Nepal by providing financial assistance for this project which will include the installation of over 5 kilometres of underground pipes, connection of taps to various homes and a central water pump which will help to supply clean drinking water to the communities in the remote villages.

This project commenced on 23 November 2023 and Sri Sathya Sai Global Council Zone 3 Chair, Brother Singanayagam Indrapalan was on hand in Prasanthi Nilayam to provide the first tranche of financial support to Brother Amar Karki – Chair, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation Zone 4 countries. The primary aim of this "Water for Life" project is to improve the standard of living of the families in the remote villages through the regular access to clean drinking water in the homes of the villagers.

More information and progress of the project will be shared as it gets underway. We would like to thank all members for their love and passion to support for our Sai brothers and sisters in Nepal and the remote families they will be serving through this "Water for Life" project.
