Victoria - Aradhana Mahotsavam Offering - a Gratitude of Love
With Swami’s Grace, our members from across Victoria regions (East & West) came together to offer our love and gratitude to our beloved SAI, at the Box Hill Town Hall on Sri Sathya Sai Aradhana Mahotsavam day.
The theme for the offering was "Head in the forest; Hands in Society"
The offering commenced with Vedam chanting followed by a beautiful play by the SSE students. Devotees also had the opportunity to hear from 2 very inspirational speakers, Sister Saraswathi Baskar, Deputy National President of the Sai Organisation of Australia and an alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) and Brother Ram Prashanth, also an alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning a member of Sai Centre of Westmead in Sydney.
After an hour of soul stirring Bhajans, Aarti was offered to Swami. The evening concluded with Vibhuti, Prasdam and dinner was then served to all present.
A special green & worthy initiative was run by our Victoria Regions. The region encouraged devotees to bring items like batteries, light bulbs and other items so they could be collected and recycled.
