The final session of the Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Program, Zone 3 was held in Queensland on 21 March, bringing the series to a meaningful and inspiring close. The program saw enthusiastic participation from both current and emerging leaders, who came together with a shared commitment to deepen their understanding of Swami’s teachings and their roles within the Organisation.

Building on the earlier sessions, this concluding workshop reinforced the importance of self-transformation as the foundation of true leadership. Through reflective exercises and group sharing, participants explored how to embody love, humility, and unity in action, while staying anchored in the Nine-Point Code of Conduct. The session served not only as a culmination of learning, but also as a renewed call to lead by example and carry forward Swami’s mission with greater clarity, purpose, and devotion.
