The Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Program in Australia was held in South Australia on 07–08 March 2026, bringing together leaders and aspiring leaders for a deeply reflective and transformative weekend. This was the third of the five Leadership Conferences planned across Australia, following the successful first conference in Victoria on 21–22 February 2026. The initiative continues to strengthen leadership within the Sai Organisation by nurturing individuals committed to living and serving through human values.

Participants journeyed through five meaningful modules centred on the life and teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, including His Nine-Point Code of Conduct, the purpose and structure of His Organisation, and the essential principle that true leadership begins with leading oneself before leading others. Through thoughtful discussions, group reflections, and interactive exercises, the program encouraged participants to reflect deeply on values-based leadership, unity of thought, word and deed, and character as the foundation of all service*.

The conference concluded with a renewed sense of clarity and commitment among participants to live Swami’s teachings in their daily lives. It inspired leaders to serve with humility, discipline, and devotion, strengthening their resolve to contribute to His divine mission and uplift their communities through selfless service.
