The inaugural Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Program, Zone 3 was held in Victoria, Australia from 21 – 22 February 2026, bringing together leaders and aspiring leaders from across the state for a transformative weekend of learning and reflection.

Participants journeyed through five powerful modules exploring the life and teachings of Sathya Sai Baba, His Nine-Point Code of Conduct, the structure and purpose of His Organisation, and the vital principles of leading oneself before leading others.

This first program marks the beginning of a nationwide rollout, with four more sessions to follow across Australia.

The sessions were highly interactive, encouraging open dialogue, group discussions, and introspection. Participants reflected deeply on how to integrate spiritual values into their roles, fostering unity, humility, and selfless service in all organisational activities. The program also provided a platform for participants to connect, share experiences, and strengthen bonds across centres.

A key highlight of the weekend was the emphasis on practical application—translating teachings into day-to-day actions, both within the Organisation and in personal life. Through this, participants gained clarity on their responsibilities as leaders and the importance of aligning thoughts, words, and deeds.
