The NSW Region Ladies Coordinator, NSW Region Deputy Ladies Coordinator and all the NSW Sai Centre Ladies Coordinators offer our humble heartfelt gratitude to our loving Sai Maa for gracing the special Centenary Year Ladies Day offering and filling our hearts with pure Love throughout the evening.

The programme began by showcasing all the service activities Aunties, Sisters & Young Adult Sisters have been involved with in 2024-2025. There are many who are silent in their seva and we pay tribute to them all. Swami has said “Service to Man is Service to God”.

Swami officially opened our Ladies Day offering with a video clip of Him to the accompaniment of the very touching bhajan “Kali Yuga Avatara Sai Bhagawan…..”.

Some of our sisters offered their pranams to our Bhagawan by the lighting of lamps, followed by Aum, Ganapathy Prarthana, Gayatri Mantra & beautiful Bhajan medley. 

One of the highlights of the offering was a Podcast titled “Threads of the Divine: Weaving 100 Years of Sathya Sai Baba’s Legacy into Your Life”. Aunty Shanthini Gnanakaran, Sister Mokshada Silwal and Sister Ninthija Indrapalan shared their insights and experiences with Swami. A beautiful poem (author unknown) sums up the essence of the podcast:

SOME SAY HE IS NO MORE 

BUT MY HEART SAYS HE IS NOW MORE 

THE FINITE SIMPLY TURNED TO BECOME INFINITE 

THE PRESENCE SIMPLY CHANGED INTO THE OMNIPRESENCE 

HE THEN RESIDED IN A PLACE 

HE NOW PERVADES THE ENTIRE SPACE 

WE THEN SAW HIM WITH OPEN EYES 

WE NOW HAVE TO SEEK HIM WITH OUR CLOSED EYES

We then had a heartfelt rendition of the Carnatic devotional song “Janani, Janani, Janani…..” paying tribute to Hindu Goddesses by Sister Dharmini Gnanakaran to the accompaniment of Mridangam played by Advaith Ilavajhala.

We were privileged to hear a video recording of Sister Karuna Munshi, Director of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini, who shared some of her personal experiences and life choices she made to be close to her beloved Swami. Her advice was to Surrender to Him, Trust Him wholeheartedly and Accept all of life’s experiences as His prasadam.

This was followed by lovely devotionally charged bhajans sung by some of our talented sisters culminating in a bhajan sung by Bhagawan himself, followed by Aarti and closing prayers.

As a finale, the NSW Region Ladies Coordinators shared their reflections and experiences over the past two years.

The entire offering was handled beautifully by our MC Sister Jocelyn Udayan.

Our heartfelt thanks to all the Aunties, Uncles, Brothers, Sisters, Young Adults and children who came on a weeknight to be part of this beautiful Ladies Day Offering to our beloved Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba who is the indweller in our hearts. 🩷💛💜
