The Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Program in Australia was recently held in New South Wales on 14–15 March 2026, bringing together leaders and aspiring leaders from across New South Wales and the ACT for a meaningful weekend of reflection, learning, and spiritual growth. This marked the fourth Leadership Conference in the national series, following earlier conferences held in Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia.

Participants engaged in five insightful modules exploring the life and teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, including His Nine-Point Code of Conduct, the purpose and structure of His Organisation, and the importance of leading oneself before guiding others. Through interactive discussions, group activities, and self-reflection, attendees contemplated the ideals of unity of thought, word and deed, and the importance of character, humility, and discipline in all forms of service.

The conference concluded with a renewed spirit of dedication among participants to live Swami’s teachings in their daily lives. The gathering inspired leaders to serve with deeper awareness, devotion, and unity, strengthening their commitment to uphold the ideals of the Organisation and contribute positively to their communities through selfless service.
