The Sri Sathya Sai Leadership Program in Australia was held in Western Australia from 28 February – 01 March 2026, bringing together leaders and aspiring leaders from across the state for a transformative weekend of learning, reflection, and self-introspection.

This was the second of the five Leadership Conferences planned across Australia. The first conference was successfully held in Victoria on 21 and 22 February 2026, setting a strong foundation for the series.

Participants journeyed through five powerful modules exploring the life and teachings of Sathya Sai Baba, His Nine-Point Code of Conduct, the structure and purpose of His Organisation, and the vital principle of leading oneself before leading others.

The sessions encouraged deep contemplation on values-based leadership, unity of thought, word and deed, and the importance of character as the foundation of service. Through interactive discussions, group activities, and reflective exercises, attendees gained practical tools to strengthen their roles within the Sai Organisation and their wider communities.

The program concluded with a renewed sense of commitment to embody Swami’s teachings in daily life — inspiring participants to serve with humility, clarity, and unwavering dedication to His divine mission.
